Monitoring alerts go to a phone. How quickly you need a response is agreed before we start, and written down.
+Whose accounts do you use?
Yours, wherever the thing belongs to you: your App Store account, your cloud account, your domain. If you move the work elsewhere, everything needed to do that goes with it.
+Do you work with clients outside the UK?
Yes, remotely, and we travel for the work when it helps. We are building for a company in Dubai now. Written specifications, a shared repository and regular demonstrations are how the work runs wherever you are.
