Yes. We read it first, write down how it works, then change it.

Where you need it to be, agreed before anything is built, and written down.
+Do you work with clients outside the UK?
Yes, remotely, and we travel for the work when it helps. We are building for a company in Dubai now. Written specifications, a shared repository and regular demonstrations are how the work runs wherever you are.
